We Are Hiring – ATM Custodian

The ATM Custodian role involves refilling ATMs with cash along designated routes, monitoring ATM activities, and ensuring 100% efficiency in cash loading. The role also includes minor technical tasks aligned with performance-based incentives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th pass qualification
• Age 18-40 years
• Required Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, CIBIL score 600+, police verification acknowledgment.
• Two-wheeler required for FLM activities
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Must be Agreeable for 6 AM reporting, with 8-10 hours of work

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹12,576 (approx)
• In-Hand Salary: ₹11,200 (approx)
• Sunday Working Allowance: ₹650 * 4
• FLM Incentive: Avg. ₹2,000
• Performance Incentive: ₹4,000 - ₹8,000
• Additional Benefits: Bonus, Increment, On-roll Job

Interview to Onboarding Process:

1. Sourcing & Line-up – Candidates must be lined up at branches between 11 AM - 4 PM
2. Interview Form – Candidate will the interview form so that we can able to capture daily walk along the remarks.
3. Selection & BGV Initiation – Selected candidates will undergo background verification (BGV)
4. Document Submission & Briefing – Candidates must provide PVC acknowledgment and required documents the next day
5. Onboarding & Training – Once the E-code is generated, training starts on the same or next day

Post-Onboarding Coordination – Follow-up with candidates for 3 days to address any issues and improve conversion rates
