Job Responsibilities:
Delivery Associate (DA):
- Pick up and deliver packages to customers
- Ensure safe and on-time delivery
- Use mobile app for navigation and updates
Station Associate (SA):
- Scan and sort packages
- Loading and unloading operations
- Maintain station hygiene and records
Non-Delivery Associate (BigBasket):
- Assist in delivery support operations
- Sorting and dispatch assistance
